Villa degli Emiri is a comfortable villa with an independent access. It is only 300m far away from a private beach. Villa degli Emiri is inside an quality resort with a swimming pool which can only be used by the person who lives there. The swimming pool is open from 1/07 to 31/08.

The villa is situated in Mazzaforno. Mazzaforn is 300 m far away from the beach. Villa Emiri is divided into 3 floors: the ground- floor and the first floor are an unique room where 8 person can sleep. Furthermore you will find a kitchen, a living room, a double room, and a large bathroom. At the first floor you will find the sleeping area, which is composed by two double rooms, one single room with two beds, and one bathroom.
The basement is composed by three bedrooms. On of these has a bathroom inside the room.
All together 6 person can sleep in the basement. Furthermore you will find a living room and a whirlpool bath. The basement can be booked only if the number of the clients is 
higher than 8.
Outside you will find a barbecue area, a shower, a nice garden where you can get the tan or relax. The car- park is in front of the villa.
The cost of air conditioning is 10€ to person.
